Mark has been in financial services since leaving Leicester University in 1997, where he read both Physics and Astrophysics.

He started his career working as a paraplanner for some of the largest Independent Financial Advisory companies in the UK. He later furthered his career as a pension and investment consultant for two of the largest life and pension companies in the UK, Royal London and Aegon.

Although only becoming a financial adviser in January 2009 Mark has collated an extremely broad knowledge and experience of the industry on both sides of the fence.

Mark holds multiple specialist pension exams, currently advising on pensions from Final Salary Schemes, Auto Enrolment, Small Self-Administered Schemes, Self-Invested Personal Pensions and Personal Pensions. He also holds advanced certificates in Investments, Taxation & Trust, Financial Planning and Retirement Planning.

Mark’s goal is to not only ensure the quality of financial advice is of the highest standard at Novitas but it is clear and transparent for all.
